WHAT WE DID
The idea is bold and brilliant: make a store that addresses the growing audience of men who embrace fatherhood but still want to be the coolest guy in the room. b. on brand developed a set of exploratory exercises and fielded the initial research in order to distill the business opportunity and understand the customer profile.
We guided the client in the innovation of compelling and meaningful customer products and experiences for fathers while simultaneously innovating the traditional platform of men’s retail.
The brand pillars emphasized “ease of entry,” “inspired innovation,” and “community”: In short, a store that both guides and champions today’s fathers with a bespoke customer service program to delight, reassure, and enlighten the modern man. In naming the brand, we christened it “Cooper & Kid” – a nod to the iconic Charlie Chaplin and Jackie Coogan film, The Kid.
